Training Supports Workforce Readiness.

Training is the entry point. Readiness is the standard.

2WTA signature training helps accepted applicants, registry participants, staffing candidates, employees, and other approved workforce participants prepare for the responsibilities of care work. Applicable requirements are determined by the participant’s intended role, pathway, qualifications, employer, service environment, and current regulatory standards. Signature training may include CPR and First Aid, Article 9, PROUD, CPI, Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation Prevention, Orientation Method™ Workforce Foundations, and Workforce and Documentation Readiness.

For compliance, please note that completing training does not guarantee certification, registry acceptance, staffing placement, or employment. Additional qualifications, documentation, assessments, supervision, background requirements, or employer standards may apply.

The Orientation Method™

Understanding Before Conclusions. Orientation Before Action.
The Orientation Method™ is the signature framework created by 2Wanda.

It is designed to help people and human systems develop sufficient understanding by exploring the people, relationships, environments, structures, responsibilities, and systems involved before conclusions are formed or action is taken.

Within 2Wanda Training Angel, the Method supports workforce preparation by helping professionals better understand the people, responsibilities, environments, expectations, relationships, and systems involved in care work.

Behavior Is Data. Capacity Is Mental Fitness. Purpose Is Design.
