Carepreneurship™ is the signature mentorship pathway of 2Wanda Training Angel. It is designed for individuals ready to build a meaningful career, strengthen a care-based business, or pursue professional growth within behavioral health, developmental disabilities, allied healthcare, childcare, and related care professions.
Build a Business on Purpose™
Required Prerequisite Course
Participation in Carepreneurship™ begins with completing the Build a Business on Purpose™ course. The course establishes the foundation for purpose, professional expectations, business fundamentals, leadership, workforce planning, and the responsibilities involved in building a sustainable career or care-focused organization.
The course also helps the 2WTA team understand each participant’s goals, readiness, intended pathway, and mentorship needs before individualized mentoring begins.

Guidance in understanding educational, certification, and credential pathways such as DCW, Caregiver, CNA, RBT, BHT, LPN, RN, Childcare Professional, and other approved workforce pathways.
2WTA provides mentorship, career planning, referrals, and navigation support. Regulated certifications, licenses, and academic credentials are completed through approved educational institutions, licensing boards, training providers, or certification organizations.

Guidance for participants developing or strengthening home care agencies, behavioral health organizations, DDD provider agencies, childcare programs, community-based organizations, and other purpose-driven service businesses.

Acceptance Notice
Completion of the prerequisite course is required before an individual may be considered for Carepreneurship™ Mentorship. Course completion does not guarantee mentorship acceptance. Applications are reviewed based on alignment, readiness, available mentorship capacity, and participant goals.
