IAM2WANDA

Over 25 years ago, I stumbled into entrepreneurship and built a million-dollar childcare business that operated for more than 15 years, serving over 1,000 children across 24-hour and 7-day care environments, including children with special needs and diverse abilities.

As a single mother of two, I later adopted five additional children — all with special needs and medically fragile conditions. After becoming ill and losing my business, I found myself navigating the very systems I once led, this time from the other side and alone with seven children.

That experience transformed my understanding of behavior, regulation, capacity, care, and support.

Today, through 2WANDA, I connect behavioral insight, emotional regulation, workforce alignment, transformational leadership, mental fitness, and practical systems through the RSP™ Method I created to help individuals, caregivers, families, professionals, agencies, organizations, and communities build environments and mindsets where every brain can thrive.
