2Wanda Training Angel™
Preparing People and Organizations for Responsible Care.
PREPARE
2Wanda Training Angel™ is the workforce training and preparation division of 2Wanda Brands™, supporting direct-care professionals, care-based workforces, instructors, and organizations through orientation, professional readiness, training coordination, and structured affiliation.
Orientation Before Action.
Preparation before placement. Standards before service. Alignment before connection.
How We Prepare
2Wanda Training Angel™ prepares people who are connected through the 2Wanda workforce or through an organizational affiliation. Direct-care professionals are welcomed through the 2Wanda Care Workforce Network™ employment and staff-registry pathway. Organizations connect through affiliation and may refer or send their people for preparation. Consultation and orientation identify the appropriate connection before training begins.

PRIMARY CONNECTION PATHWAY
Affiliate With 2Wanda Training Angel™
Affiliation allows organizations to build a structured connection for referring or sending employees, contractors, participants, or developing professionals to 2Wanda Training Angel™ for agreed-upon preparation. Every relationship begins with consultation and orientation so the right pathway, responsibilities, and expectations are clear before training begins.
-
Affiliation may be appropriate for organizations that employ, prepare, supervise, or support direct-care professionals and want a more structured approach to orientation, required preparation, professional development, or coordinated training.
Potential affiliates include assisted living communities, senior-care and memory-care programs, home-care and caregiving agencies, adult day programs, developmental-disability providers, DDD agencies, group homes and residential programs, behavioral-health agencies and treatment programs, ABA and autism service providers, child-care centers and early-learning programs, schools and therapeutic learning environments, community programs, family-support organizations, and other care-based businesses that prepare or employ direct-care and support workforces.
-
2Wanda Training Angel™ may affiliate with approved training centers, instructor networks, curriculum providers, authorized instructors, and organizations seeking a reliable training connection for their workforce.
An affiliation may support staff referrals, instructor affiliation, approved curriculum delivery, coordinated training dates, shared or approved training locations, or expanded access to preparation within an agreed service area. Every relationship is separately reviewed and documented.
-
Approved employers, providers, agencies, ABA organizations, assisted-living communities, caregiving organizations, child-care programs, behavioral-health organizations, disability-service providers, and other care-based organizations may send or refer their people to 2Wanda Training Angel™ for agreed-upon preparation.
Training may include CPR and First Aid, Article 9, Prevention and Support, PROUD, CPI, abuse and neglect, orientation, direct-care readiness, and other applicable training when available and authorized. -
Affiliation does not automatically make an organization part of 2Wanda Brands™, create employment, establish a partnership or agency relationship, authorize use of 2Wanda intellectual property, guarantee training dates, guarantee regulatory acceptance, or permit certificates to be issued outside applicable instructor, curriculum, provider, or training-center requirements.
Every affiliation must be separately reviewed, defined, approved, and documented before implementation.
-
The organization submits the Training and Affiliation Inquiry Form. Leadership reviews the organization’s workforce, training needs, location, timeline, existing requirements, and requested support.
If the request appears aligned, Towanda or a designated leadership representative conducts an orientation consultation. The consultation identifies the appropriate training, workforce, instructor, or affiliation pathway and determines whether additional documentation, planning, pricing, or a written agreement is required.
Direct-care professionals connect through the 2Wanda Care Workforce Network™ employment and staff-registry pathway. Their workforce inquiry and consultation help leadership understand their goals, qualifications, readiness, and training needs before directing them to an appropriate next step.
Training and Preparation Areas
Training is organized around the responsibilities of the workforce and the requirements connected to the environment. Availability is confirmed during consultation.
-
Orientation, role readiness, professional conduct, documentation awareness, boundaries, communication, person-centered support, abuse and neglect awareness, and other preparation connected to direct-care responsibilities.
-
Preparation may support caregivers, certified nursing assistants, personal-care attendants, direct-care workers, and related staff serving older adults in assisted living, memory care, home care, adult day programs, and other senior-support environments.
Training and orientation are matched to the worker's role, the organization's responsibilities, and applicable requirements. 2Wanda Training Angel™ does not replace nursing education, professional licensure, facility licensing, or employer-specific competency requirements.
-
Training pathways may include CPR and First Aid, Article 9, Prevention and Support, PROUD, CPI, abuse and neglect, and other required or organization-specific preparation where available and applicable.
Completion requirements, certificate eligibility, renewal periods, instructor authorization, curriculum rules, and fees depend on the applicable training source and arrangement.
-
Preparation may support behavioral-health technicians, registered behavior technicians, behavior technicians, behavioral coaches, paraprofessionals, direct-support professionals, direct-care workers, caregivers, and related support roles within the limits of the applicable role, supervision structure, and organization.
-
Organizations may request a consultation regarding workforce orientation, staff development, role-specific preparation, instructor coordination, training schedules, or other defined learning needs.
Customized requests are reviewed for scope, capacity, availability, responsibility, and appropriate delivery before a proposal or agreement is issued.
