The exact role, responsibility, authority, availability, compensation, and service need are customized through consultation and confirmed through the appropriate written agreement.

Affiliation begins only after the proposed relationship is approved and the appropriate written agreement is completed.
5 — Orientation and Role Preparation
Approved affiliates complete applicable 2Wanda orientation, foundational training, and role-specific preparation through 2Wanda Training Angel™ before participation begins.
