The Workforce Registry Pathway is for qualified professionals who want to be considered for staffing assignments, referrals, contracts, placements, or workforce connections with organizations served by 2Wanda Training Angel.

Why the Registry Exists

The registry helps 2WTA respond to staffing requests from behavioral health, DDD, allied healthcare, childcare, and related care organizations. By maintaining a prepared professional pool, 2WTA can identify potential matches when partner organizations need workforce support.

  • Caregivers and personal care professionals

  • Behavioral Technicians and Behavioral Health Technicians

Registry Process

    Submit a Registry Application

    Provide your professional background, training, credentials, experience, interests, and availability.

    Complete a Readiness Review

    The 2WTA team reviews the information submitted and identifies missing training, documentation, or readiness steps.

  3. 03

    Complete Applicable Requirements

    Complete the Orientation Method™ and any other training, documentation, verification, or readiness requirements connected to your intended pathway.

    Enter the Registry Pathway

    Qualified applicants may be added to the registry based on professional alignment, completed requirements, and current registry standards.

    Be Considered for Opportunities

    Registry professionals may be contacted when a possible staffing, employment, referral, contract, or partnership opportunity aligns with their qualifications, experience, availability, and current workforce needs.

Training and Readiness

Registry professionals are responsible for meeting the requirements applicable to the opportunities they pursue. If training or documentation is missing, 2WTA may provide guidance, identify readiness steps, or refer the professional to an appropriate provider. Any cost or requirement must be clearly disclosed before enrollment or participation.
