PREPARING THOSE WHO PREPARE OTHERS
Instructor Preparation and Affiliation.
Training Angel is developing instructor and training-provider relationships supporting authorized CPR, AED, First Aid, Basic Life Support, direct-support safety, and other applicable training programs.
Instructor participation depends on the qualifications, certification, monitoring, renewal, and program requirements established by the applicable certifying or governing organization.
OUR SHARED METHODOLOGY
Understanding Before Conclusions. Orientation Before Action.
The Orientation Method™ is the applied methodology of the 2WANDA™ Framework. Within Training Angel, it helps direct-care professionals connect what is known, identify what may be missing, develop shared understanding, and clarify responsible next steps before acting.
Framework statement:
Behavior Is Data. Capacity Is Mental Fitness. Purpose Is Divine.
PREPARED HERE. CONNECTED RESPONSIBLY.
Preparation and Opportunity Have Different Roles.
2Wanda Training Angel™ prepares direct-care professionals through training and readiness support. The 2Wanda Care Workforce Network™ manages employment, Workforce Registry participation, staffing, Carepreneurship™, and workforce opportunities.
Completing training or readiness requirements does not guarantee employment, Registry acceptance, placement, assignment, referral, contract, or another opportunity.
BEGIN WITH READINESS
