What is NextStep?


NextStep is a personalized employment readiness program designed to help individuals with developmental and intellectual differences gain the skills, confidence, and experience needed to enter the workforce. Whether someone is transitioning from school, exploring first-time employment, or building independence, NextStep provides supportive coaching and purposeful preparation every step of the way.

    For individuals preparing to enter the workforce.

  • Individual Supported Employment (ISE)
    For those already employed or starting a job who need on-site coaching.
    We offer:
    • One-on-one job coaching
    • Support in workplace communication and expectations

  • Group Supported Employment (GSE)
    Supervised, community-based work experiences in small groups.

    • Job skills training in real environments
    • Supportive supervision and team collaboration
