Training Angel prepares approved 2Wanda affiliates and participants referred through organizational and training relationships. Training, readiness needs, participation requirements, and services are customized through consultation.
Training Angel prepares. The separate 2Wanda Care Workforce Network™ connects people seeking employment, independent professionals seeking assignments, and organizations seeking staffing support.

Preparation for Direct-Care Environments.
Training Angel coordinates applicable training, certification readiness, documentation, screening, and onboarding support according to the person’s role, the organization’s needs, and current program requirements.
Training may include CPR, AED, First Aid, and Basic Life Support, American Direct Support Safety Standards, Article 9, P.R.O.U.D., Direct Care Worker preparation, Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation Prevention, documentation and professional readiness, and The Orientation Method™ workforce foundations.
Readiness support may include fingerprinting services and fingerprint readiness, background-check support, Central Registry Background Check support, Good Cause Exception support, workforce notary services, I-9 document-completion support, TB-testing coordination, drug-testing coordination, workforce onboarding support, credential and certification-readiness guidance, and other applicable direct-care readiness support.
Courses, formats, prerequisites, and certification terms depend on current program availability, qualified instructors, applicable authorization, and participant requirements.
