🧤 Direct Care Workers (DCWs)
We train and support DCWs with the tools they need to provide high-quality, person-centered care to individuals with behavioral or developmental needs. Our goal is to elevate their role from job to career.🧠 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
We provide ABA-informed training, ongoing mentorship, and certification support to aspiring and active RBTs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)—equipping them to deliver meaningful, ethical care across various environments.👨👩👧 Caregivers & Parents

OUR SERVICES

- Article 9: Training on rights and behavioral intervention standards for individuals with developmental disabilities in Arizona.
- Prevention & Support: Hands-on techniques for non-violent crisis intervention, de-escalation, and emergency safety procedures.
- CPR & First Aid: Certified instruction in life-saving care for home, school, and care-based environments.
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention): Evidence-based tools for behavior regulation, safety, and respectful care in high-stress situations.
We equip professionals with recognized certifications that open career pathways in caregiving, behavioral health, and childcare:
- DCW – Direct Care Worker: Certification for caregivers supporting individuals in home and community-based settings.
- RBT – Registered Behavior Technician: Entry-level credential to provide autism and behavioral support under the supervision of a BCBA.
