Understand behavioral rights and intervention policies for supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in Arizona.

Learn non-violent, hands-on techniques to manage behavioral crises safely and respectfully.
- Available: In-person only
- Price: $75 per person (groups of 2 or more), $100 for individuals
- Schedule: Flexible, weekdays and weekends
- Instructor travel fee: $2/mile (for group/agency sessions)
All Prevention & Support are in-person only. Mobile sessions are available by request.
Get certified in essential life-saving practices for both adult and pediatric care.
- Available: In-person, Remote, or Mobile
- Price: $30 each, or $60 for both CPR & First Aid
- Instructor travel fee: $2/mile (for mobile sessions)
Trauma-informed de-escalation and intervention strategies for behavioral settings.
- Custom scheduling and pricing available upon request.
All CPI trainings are in-person only. Mobile sessions are available by request.
Recognize, report, and prevent maltreatment of vulnerable individuals through state-approved training based on Arizona’s protective service guidelines.
- Available: In-person, Remote (Zoom), or Mobile
- Price: $25 per person (groups of 25 or more), $50 individual.
- State-mandated content aligned with APS and DCS standards
- Instructor travel fee: $2/mile (for mobile sessions)
This is not coaching—it’s mentorship designed to open doors, provide real-world navigation, and guide you through launching or expanding a care-centered business. Whether you’re starting in:
- Childcare (home or licensed)
- Homecare or respite
- Group Homes or DTA (Day Treatment for Adults)
You’ll receive one-on-one guidance in strategy, compliance, planning, and positioning.
- Duration: 3-month personalized mentorship
- Format: Virtual or in-person check-ins
- Mentoring Fee: $299 (total)
- Outcome: Strategy plan + action path tailored to your business goals
Certifications Available
All certifications include required training hours plus guided mentorship throughout the certification process. A one-time mentoring fee of $299 covers training, application support, and step-by-step guidance until certification is complete.
✅ Direct Care Worker (DCW) – Required for care professionals supporting ALTCS/DDD individuals.
✅ Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Credential to work under a BCBA in ABA-focused services.
✅ Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) – Qualification for roles in behavioral health or therapeutic programs.
✅ Child Care Provider (CCP) – Certification for those delivering licensed or in-home child care.
