Direct care requires more than completing tasks. It requires people who understand that their presence, choices, communication, reliability, and conduct affect the lives of the individuals and families they support.

  • We are looking for professionals who recognize the humanity, dignity, abilities, preferences, and individual needs of every person they support.

    Leading with heart means approaching people with patience, respect, awareness, and a willingness to understand before reaching conclusions or taking action.

    Experience and credentials matter. How you treat people matters too.

  • Direct-care professionals must be willing to prepare for the responsibilities connected to their assigned roles.

    Preparation may include orientation, required documentation, background screening, references, applicable training, certification verification, role-specific expectations, and continuing professional development.

    Professionals are expected to communicate clearly, follow applicable plans and procedures, document responsibly, and ask for guidance when clarification is needed.

  • Individuals, families, teams, and organizations depend on direct-care professionals to be responsible and consistent.

    • Maintain professional boundaries

    • Protect privacy and confidential information

    • Follow applicable policies, plans, and reporting requirements

    Orientation allows us to understand your experience, qualifications, interests, availability, goals, and readiness. It also gives you an opportunity to understand our expectations, workforce pathways, and professional standards.

    Additional preparation depends on the role or pathway being considered. Submitting interest or completing orientation does not guarantee employment, placement, assignments, registry acceptance, hours, or affiliation.

    Direct care is more than a position. It is a responsibility that places you inside another person’s life, routines, needs, goals, and experiences.

    The people and families receiving support deserve professionals who are prepared, dependable, respectful, and willing to understand before acting. They deserve people who recognize that behavior is information—not identity—and that every individual should be approached with dignity.

    At 2Wanda Brands™, we want direct-care professionals to know that they are not expected to grow alone. Our goal is to provide orientation, preparation, connection, mentorship, and professional support while maintaining clear expectations for responsibility and service.

    You may come to us with experience, credentials, lived understanding, or a desire to grow within the direct-care field. Wherever you begin, we want to understand who you are, what you bring, where you need preparation, and how your goals may align with the 2Wanda ecosystem.

    Professionals who complete the applicable orientation, preparation, screening, and role expectations may become recognized within our workforce as 2Wanda Angels™.

A 2Wanda Angel™ is a professional who has completed the applicable orientation, preparation, screening, and role expectations for participation within the 2Wanda ecosystem.

Selected individuals may be invited to an orientation consultation so we can learn more about their goals, readiness, and potential alignment.

Preparation and Screening
Applicable documentation, references, screening, training, credential verification, and role-specific preparation are completed.

Alignment and Next Steps
The appropriate employment, registry, mentorship, training, affiliation, or workforce pathway is identified when available and applicable.

Important: Becoming a 2Wanda Angel™ is not automatic. Submitting an interest form, completing an orientation consultation, participating in training, or joining a registry does not guarantee employment, placement, assignments, clients, hours, or compensation.
