Employment Training Notice
Employment-required training is part of the employee preparation process. Employees do not pay separately for training required by 2Wanda Care Workforce Network™ for the specific position for which they are hired.
The Employment Pathway is separate from the Workforce Registry and Carepreneurship™.

2Wanda Care Workforce Network™ reviews qualifications, documentation, role alignment, availability, and current workforce needs.

Interview & Hiring Decision
Selected applicants complete applicable interview, screening, reference, background, and hiring steps.

Onboarding & Required Preparation
Hired employees complete required documentation, orientation, applicable training, and role-specific preparation.

Assignment / Start of Employment
Employees begin work based on qualifications, completed requirements, availability, approved position, and operational needs.

Employees may complete continuing supervision, evaluation, training, coaching, or professional-development requirements connected to their role.
