Two Employment Entry Paths
A PLACE TO BEGIN
Family Support Professional
Family Support Professional is the signature entry employment pathway created by 2Wanda Brands™ for people who want to support BeLOVEDs and families but may not yet have an established professional title or Behavioral Care credential.
Selected applicants receive the orientation, preparation, and position-specific training required to work alongside parents, guardians, and caretakers when behavioral needs affect everyday participation.
What begins the pathway
What begins the pathway is not a credential. It is a heart for care, a willingness to understand behavior, respect for family direction, dependability, and a commitment to learning how to support responsibly.
Employment relationship
Family Support Professionals work under 2Wanda Brands™ employment direction while working alongside the parent, guardian, or caretaker and following approved family direction connected to the BeLOVED.
Support Families Where Everyday Life Happens.
Behavioral needs do not occur only inside offices, programs, or treatment environments. They can affect shopping, appointments, community events, family activities, transitions, routines, and other ordinary parts of life.
Family Support Professionals work beside the family to help the BeLOVED participate with greater structure, consistency, and support. The purpose is not to police the BeLOVED or take authority away from the family. The purpose is to provide another prepared person who can understand the environment, recognize when support is needed, and respond within the approved position and family direction.
What Family Support May Include
Specific duties are customized and confirmed through the approved position, family direction, assignment, preparation, and written support arrangement.

We are seeking dependable people with a heart for care, a willingness to understand behavior, respect for family direction, and a commitment to learning how to support BeLOVEDs responsibly.
You do not need previous Behavioral Care employment, certification, or a behavioral-health title to apply for the Family Support Professional position. Selected applicants must successfully complete the applicable screening, employment process, 2Wanda orientation, required preparation, and position-readiness requirements before assignment.

Additional Behavioral Care Employment Pathways
2Wanda Brands™ may recruit for other Behavioral Care positions according to current services, approved programs, qualifications, supervision structures, assignments, and operational needs.
Direct Support Professional, Behavioral Health Technician, Registered Behavior Technician, Paraprofessional, Mentor, Instructor or Trainer, and other approved Behavioral Care positions.

Employment Process
Preparation required by 2Wanda Brands™ for the specific position into which an employee is hired is part of the employee preparation process. The employee is not charged a separate public training fee for employer-required preparation connected to that approved position.
