The Employment Pathway is for individuals seeking paid employment through 2Wanda Training Angel. Applicants selected for a position complete the applicable hiring process, screening, onboarding, employer-required training, documentation, and role-specific preparation before assignment.
Employment Training Notice
Employment-required training is part of the employee preparation process. Employees do not pay separately for training required by 2WTA for the specific position for which they are hired.
The Employment Pathway is separate from the Workforce Registry and Carepreneurship™.

2WTA reviews qualifications, documentation, role alignment, availability, and current workforce needs.

Selected applicants complete applicable interview, screening, reference, background, and hiring steps.

Onboarding & Required Preparation
Hired employees complete required documentation, orientation, applicable training, and role-specific preparation.

Employees begin work based on qualifications, completed requirements, availability, approved position, and operational needs.

Employees may complete continuing supervision, evaluation, training, coaching, or professional-development requirements connected to their role.
