Participation in Carepreneurship™ begins with completing Build a Business on Purpose™.
The course establishes foundational understanding around purpose, business development, leadership, professional expectations, workforce planning, service responsibility, and building a sustainable care-focused career or organization.
Completion of the course allows the 2WTA team to better understand the participant’s goals, readiness, intended pathway, and mentorship needs before Carepreneurship™ consideration.
Completion of Build a Business on Purpose™ is required before an individual may be considered for Carepreneurship™ mentorship.
Course completion does not guarantee mentorship acceptance. Consideration depends on alignment, readiness, participant goals, and available mentorship capacity.
