Service Availability Note

Some services may be provided directly by 2Wanda once all required approvals, training, certifications, instructor requirements, provider partnerships, or service requirements are fully met.

Other services may be coordinated through qualified instructors, medical providers, laboratories, collection sites, approved third-party partners, employer-designated processes, or appropriate state systems when required.

2Wanda does not provide services outside of its authorized scope and does not represent that any pending approval, vendor contract, instructor approval, medical partnership, or background-related process has been completed until it has been formally approved or established.

    2Wanda does not approve, deny, issue, or guarantee fingerprint clearance cards. Fingerprint clearance card decisions are made by the appropriate state agency or authorized authority.

  • 2Wanda Verified Solutions supports individuals, workers, agencies, and employers with understanding the difference between the Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card application process and the Arizona Centralized Background Check process.

    The Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card application is completed through the Arizona Department of Public Safety Public Services Portal. The CBC portal is used for applicable Centralized Background Check requests, including DCS Central Registry checks, APS Registry checks, employer connection, and fingerprint clearance card status updates when required.

  • 2Wanda supports individuals who have received an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card denial or suspension and need help organizing documents for the Good Cause Exception process.

    This Arizona-specific service is designed for individuals who need help understanding what documents may be needed, organizing their packet, preparing written information, requesting support documents, and keeping the process structured.

    Support may include:

    • Good Cause Exception document checklist support

    • DPS denial or suspension letter review for organization purposes

    Notary services are provided within the scope of the active notary commission and applicable state rules.

    • Non-DOT drug testing coordination

    Drug testing, lab processing, medical review, and official results are completed by qualified labs, medical providers, collection sites, or approved partners when required.

  • 2Wanda supports workers, agencies, caregivers, childcare staff, healthcare support workers, and community-based organizations with TB screening and clearance coordination for onboarding and workforce readiness.

    Support may include:

    • TB screening guidance

    • TB test scheduling coordination

    • TB blood test coordination through qualified providers or labs

    • Referral coordination with medical providers, clinics, labs, occupational health providers, or public health agencies

    2Wanda does not diagnose, treat, medically clear, interpret TB results, review chest X-rays, or replace medical provider clearance. TB testing, medical clearance, chest X-ray review, and treatment decisions must be completed by qualified medical providers, clinics, laboratories, occupational health providers, or public health agencies.

  • 2Wanda supports CPR and First Aid training for individuals, caregivers, direct-care workers, childcare workers, healthcare support workers, agencies, and community-based organizations.

    Training may include:

    CPR/First Aid training is provided directly when instructor requirements are met or coordinated through qualified instructors or approved training partners when required.
