Work With 2Wanda

Start With Clarity. Leave With Direction.

IAM2WANDA™ is the professional consulting Practice of 2Wanda. The Practice is centered on behavioral health, developmental disability services, and allied health.

It supports individuals, families, professionals, organizations, and communities that need greater understanding before determining what should happen next. Every engagement is led directly by 2Wanda and shaped around the purpose, people, responsibilities, environment, and systems connected to the request.

Behavior is Data. Capacity is Mental. Purpose is Design.

Practice Areas

Behavioral Health

2Wanda supports conversations involving behavior, communication, regulation, capacity, participation, professional responsibility, family involvement, workforce concerns, and the environments surrounding behavioral support.

Developmental Disability Services

The Practice supports individuals, families, direct care professionals, providers, and organizations navigating DDD related environments, responsibilities, service expectations, communication, workforce readiness, and coordinated support.

Allied Health and Human Services

2Wanda works across care-related and human-service environments where professionals, families, agencies, and support systems must work together around a shared concern or purpose. These Practice areas reflect 2Wanda’s professional experience. They do not replace the authority or responsibilities of licensed, certified, regulated, or otherwise authorized professionals.

Who 2Wanda Works With

Individuals and Families

Individuals, families, caregivers, and guardians may work with 2Wanda when they need greater clarity about behavior, capacity, communication, expectations, environments, relationships, responsibilities, or support. The engagement helps organize relevant information and identify a responsible direction without replacing clinical, medical, educational, legal, or therapeutic professionals already involved.

Professionals

Direct care professionals, behavioral health workers, caregivers, allied health professionals, educators, support staff, and others working within established roles may use the Practice to strengthen behavioral and environmental awareness, reflective practice, communication, role clarity, and responsible professional action.

Organizations and Communities

Agencies, providers, care environments, workforce teams, schools, leaders, community organizations, and collaborative groups may work with 2Wanda when a concern extends across people, departments, environments, roles, or systems and requires greater shared understanding before implementation or action.

How the Work Is Approached

2Wanda works through the Orientation Method™, the methodology of the IAM2WANDA™ Framework. People naturally understand a situation from the position, relationship, environment, or responsibility they hold. The Orientation Method™ helps connect relevant perspectives and identify information that may be missing or disconnected. An engagement may consider what behavior may be communicating, what capacity is available, how environments and relationships are influencing the situation, where communication or responsibilities are unclear, and what may need greater alignment before action is taken. The purpose is not to assign blame or produce a predetermined answer; it is to develop enough relevant understanding to identify a responsible direction.

The Engagement Process

1. Submit an Inquiry

Share the reason for your request, who is involved, and what you hope to understand.

2. Complete an Initial Review

2Wanda reviews the inquiry to confirm it fits the purpose, scope, and competence of the Practice.

3. Clarify the Engagement

Purpose, participants, format, and expected outcomes are clarified before the engagement begins.

4. Develop Sufficient Orientation

Relevant information, perspectives, relationships, and systems are explored.

5. Identify Direction

The engagement clarifies shared understanding, alignment needs, and responsible next steps.
