Connect With IAM2WANDA
Start With the Concern. Clarify Where You Want It to Lead.
This is the consultation intake for the IAM2WANDA™ Practice. You will work directly with 2Wanda to clarify what is happening, who is involved, what you are trying to understand, and where you would like the consultation to lead. You do not need to select a service or have the entire situation figured out before reaching out. Begin with what you know.
Behavior is Data. Capacity is Mental. Purpose is Design.
Reasons to Connect
Individuals and Families
Individuals, families, caregivers, and guardians may connect about behavior, communication, changing capacity, relationships, expectations, environments, responsibilities, or support. The purpose is to organize what is known and clarify what greater understanding may be needed before deciding what should happen next.
Professionals
Direct care professionals, behavioral health workers, allied health professionals, caregivers, educators, and support staff may connect about behavioral awareness, professional responsibilities, communication, role clarity, reflective practice, or a situation requiring greater professional direction within an established role.
Organizations and Communities
Organizations, agencies, care environments, schools, workforce teams, leaders, and community groups may connect about leadership, workforce concerns, team alignment, organizational behavior, service consistency, implementation challenges, or concerns involving multiple people, environments, responsibilities, and systems.
Practice Focus
The IAM2WANDA™ Practice is especially positioned for consultation connected to behavioral health, developmental disability services, allied health, direct care, caregiving, workforce development, and related human-service environments.
What the Initial Consultation Determines
The consultation intake helps 2Wanda understand what is currently happening, who and what systems are involved, what has already been observed or attempted, what you want greater clarity to help you accomplish, and whether the request fits the purpose and professional scope of the Practice. Submitting an inquiry begins the review process; it does not automatically confirm an engagement.
What Happens Next
1. Your Inquiry Is Reviewed
2Wanda reviews the information you provide to understand the purpose and general scope of your request.
2. You Receive a Response
You receive a response through your preferred contact method. A response does not guarantee that an engagement will be accepted.
3. Fit and Scope Are Clarified
If the request appears appropriate for the Practice, 2Wanda may request a brief conversation or additional information to clarify purpose, scope, roles, boundaries, and next steps.
4. A Direction Is Identified
The next step may be an IAM2WANDA™ engagement, an organizational conversation, a speaking or media discussion, general information, or referral to another qualified resource.
5. Engagement Details Are Confirmed
When an engagement is appropriate, the scope, format, responsibilities, timeline, fees, and other terms are confirmed before work begins.
