    The organization and 2WTA clarify responsibilities, rates, timelines, supervision expectations, agreements, and applicable service requirements.

    Identify Potential Matches

    2WTA reviews available employees and/or Registry professionals whose qualifications and availability may align.

    Coordinate Candidate / Placement Steps

    Potential matches may move through interviews, documentation review, onboarding, assignment confirmation, or other required steps.

    Maintain Communication

    2WTA and the organization maintain communication appropriate to the staffing arrangement and workforce needs.
