“All Behavior is Data. Capacity is Mental Fitness. Purpose is Design.”

Towanda Carrigan is a Behavioral Strategist, Transformational Facilitator, and the founder of the IAM2Wanda Model — the leadership structure behind the 2Wanda Brands ecosystem. Through IAM2WANDA, the 2WTA Institute, and aligned divisions within the ecosystem, she supports individuals, families, schools, agencies, organizations, and care teams in building regulation-centered systems where every brain can thrive.

With over 25 years of experience in childcare, behavioral health, direct support, and workforce development, Towanda brings a unique combination of leadership, lived experience, workforce strategy, and behavioral insight. Her background includes:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience

  • Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience

  • Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) experience

  • Certified Childcare Provider (CCP) background

  • Former owner and operator of multiple large childcare centers serving thousands of families

  • Direct support leadership across home, community, educational, and residential environments

  • Professional instruction in Article 9, CPR/First Aid, Prevention & Support, Crisis Prevention, and DSP workforce development

Towanda is currently pursuing advanced education in psychology with the long-term goal of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), strengthening her ability to design practical, regulation-centered systems that support neurodivergent individuals, families, professionals, and organizations.

Her signature framework — the RSP™ Method & Blueprint (Regulation Support Plan) — is a structured, environment-first system designed to help families, caregivers, schools, agencies, organizations, and support teams create alignment, strengthen emotional safety, reduce crisis, and improve consistency across settings.

At the core of Towanda’s work is a foundational belief:

Behavior is data — not identity.
Capacity is mental fitness.
Regulation changes environments.

Through the 2Wanda Model, Towanda develops workforce pathways, behavioral strategies, mentorship experiences, and aligned systems that strengthen care, leadership, community, and purposeful design through practical application and transformational support.
