About 2Wanda Training Angel (2WTA)

Direct Support Institute & Staffing Services

2Wanda Training Angel was founded to elevate the standard of direct support, behavioral-informed care, childcare readiness, emotional regulation, and workforce training across Arizona.

Our mission is simple:

Create regulated environments where every brain can thrive — at home, at school, at work, and in the community.

We train, certify, employ, and staff professionals who support individuals with diverse abilities, and we equip families, caregivers, agencies, and teams with the tools to create regulated, safe, compassionate environments.

Towanda’s signature creation — The RSP™ Method (Regulation Support Plan) — provides a customized, environment-first strategic plan that helps families, caregivers, schools, agencies, and group homes create consistency and reduce crisis across settings.

Towanda’s Vision

To develop a regulated, skilled, supported workforce and to give families and teams the clarity they’ve been missing.

To unify fragmented systems.

To reduce chaos and crisis.

To ensure every environment supports emotional safety, capacity, and purpose.

Care is sacred. Regulation is foundational. And support should never be confusing.
