Our Service Standard

Our service standard centers on person-centered and goal-directed support that respects each individual's dignity, autonomy, informed choice, and personal preferences. We take a strength-based approach to planning that focuses on building capacity, and we maintain clear communication with the member and their authorized support team at every step. Documentation is kept consistent and tied directly to the member's goals and authorized services, and all support is delivered within the approved scope, plan, and funding authorization. Above all, employment and community participation are shaped around the person's own interests and goals.
