Behavioral Care Professionals work within different roles, structured and therapeutic environments, requirements, and systems. 2Wanda Training Angel™ helps identify the preparation connected to the professional’s position and the environment in which care will be provided.
Every connection begins with orientation so the person, BeLOVED, environment, responsibilities, capacity, requirements, and appropriate pathway are understood before training begins.
Individual professionals enter through the 2Wanda Care Workforce Network™. The workforce inquiry helps us understand the professional’s position, experience, qualifications, readiness, and preparation needs before directing the next step.
Employers, providers, training centers, instructor networks, and care-based organizations may request an affiliation consultation for workforce orientation, coordinated preparation, staff referrals, or applicable training support.
Preparation may include CPR and First Aid, Article 9, Prevention and Support, PROUD, CPI, abuse, neglect and exploitation preparation, documentation, professional conduct, and other applicable role-based preparation when available and authorized.
Clarifying the professional position, Behavioral Care environment, responsibilities, expectations, present preparation, capacity, and appropriate next step before training or participation begins.
Coordinating applicable orientation, workforce preparation, and role-related training based on professional position, organizational requirements, availability, and authorized training pathways.
Helping identify and organize preparation, completion, renewal, documentation, onboarding, and workforce-readiness requirements connected to the intended position or organizational arrangement.
Organizations may request consultation regarding workforce orientation, staff development, role-specific preparation, instructor coordination, training schedules, or another defined learning need.
Training availability, eligibility, delivery format, instructor authorization, scheduling, documentation, certificate requirements, and fees are confirmed according to the applicable pathway and written arrangement.
