2Wanda Learning Academy™
A Structured, Therapeutic Learning Environment
2Wanda Learning Academy™ is a small, structured, therapeutic learning environment designed to support students ages 5–20 who participate in online education programs.
The Academy provides a structured setting where students receive individualized paraprofessional support while participating in their family-selected online education program.
OUR EDUCATIONAL ROLE
Supporting the Online School Day
The family and/or online education provider remains responsible for the student’s education, curriculum, instruction, academic program, enrollment, attendance requirements, grades, and educational records. 2Wanda Learning Academy™ does not become the student’s school, teacher, or curriculum provider.
Our role is to support the student in successfully navigating the online school day through structure, supervision, participation support, and individualized assistance.
The word therapeutic describes how the Academy intentionally structures the environment and support surrounding each student. The setting is designed to promote regulation, emotional safety, participation, predictable routines, appropriate breaks, supportive redirection, and individualized assistance throughout the online school day.
PARAPROFESSIONAL SUPPORT
Individualized Support Throughout the Online School Day
Paraprofessional support may include supporting daily routines and transitions, helping students remain engaged and participate in their online school day, organization and task support, redirection and prompting, regulation and de-escalation support, break monitoring and structured breaks, supervision and environmental support, assistance navigating the online learning platform and daily schedule, social and functional skill development, supporting independence and appropriate participation, reinforcing expectations established by the family and/or student’s education program, and other individualized supports appropriate to the student’s needs.
The Academy’s approach is individualized. Support may be adjusted according to the student’s needs, family direction, applicable support plans, and the services available to the student.
All support remains subject to the Academy’s current service scope, staff qualifications, safety requirements, available capacity, and the responsibilities retained by the family and online education provider.
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SUPPORT SERVICES
Connected Through Purposeful Partnership.
Behavioral-health support services may include behavioral support, social development and relationship-building support, social-emotional skill development, regulation and de-escalation support, life and functional skill development, independent-living skill development, developmental learning and habilitative support, psychosocial rehabilitation and living-skills support, structured daily support, participation and community-integration support, family support connected to the student’s behavioral, developmental, and functional needs, personal-care and individualized support activities when included within the applicable service scope, support with implementing applicable behavior, education, treatment, or service-plan strategies within the Academy environment, progress documentation and coordination with families, education providers, behavioral-health providers, and other members of the student’s support team, and other authorized rehabilitation and support services appropriate to the student’s needs.
Behavioral-health support services are provided by appropriately qualified staff within their defined roles and scope. When Behavioral Health Professional supervision or clinical oversight is required, services are provided under the direction of the appropriately qualified Behavioral Health Professional responsible for that oversight.
WHO WE SUPPORT
Students Ages 5–20 Across Abilities
2Wanda Learning Academy™ supports students ages 5–20 across abilities who are actively participating in online education programs and benefit from a small, structured environment, individualized assistance, supervision, social development, regulation-aware support, or help navigating their daily educational routine.
Participation is not limited to students receiving behavioral, developmental, or special-education support. Admission is based on the Academy’s current program scope, available capacity, staffing, the student’s support needs, family participation, safety considerations, and the Academy’s ability to provide appropriate support.
Students ages 18–20 remain subject to the participation, consent, privacy, education-program, and support requirements that apply to them as adults.
The Academy maintains a small setting and accepts no more than four participating students at one time. Enrollment or participation is not guaranteed.
SUPPORT FOR FAMILIES
Helping Families Understand the Pathway
Families may know that online education could benefit their child but still need help understanding where to begin, how the school day will work, what support the student may need, and which education or care systems may be relevant.
2Wanda Learning Academy™ helps families organize information, understand available pathways, prepare questions, and connect with the appropriate official agencies, online education providers, and qualified professionals.
Family support may include exploring whether an online education model aligns with the student’s needs, family routine, and available support, identifying family-selected online education options for the family to review, helping families understand general enrollment steps and what questions to ask the online education provider, helping families prepare for conversations with an online school or education program, clarifying the separate responsibilities of the family, online education provider, Academy, and outside service providers, identifying the structure, supervision, participation support, technology, scheduling, and documentation the student may need during the online school day, helping families organize existing education plans, support plans, authorizations, and provider information for their own use, helping families identify existing education, care, benefit, or support systems that may be relevant to their child, helping families identify questions to ask schools, agencies, health plans, support coordinators, and qualified providers, and connecting families with responsible next steps when a need falls outside the Academy’s role or current authority.
Family support is educational and navigational. 2Wanda Learning Academy™ does not determine eligibility, make decisions for outside programs, promise approval, guarantee funding, provide legal or financial advice, or represent an online school, provider, health plan, or public agency.

OUR SHARED METHODOLOGY
Understanding Before Conclusions. Orientation Before Action.
The Orientation Method™ is the applied methodology of the 2WANDA™ Framework.
It helps people and human systems develop sufficient orientation by connecting relevant perspectives and exploring the people, relationships, environments, structures, responsibilities, and systems involved before conclusions are formed or action is taken.
Within Training Angel, the Method helps direct-care professionals connect what is known, identify what may be missing, develop shared understanding, and clarify responsible next steps before acting.
Behavior Is Data. Capacity Is Mental Fitness. Purpose Is Divine.
