Staffing Registry
View Alignment Opportunities Within the 2WTA System
The 2WTA Staffing Registry provides visibility into current alignment needs across approved partner environments.
The registry is not a job board.
It is a structured alignment system for professionals who have completed onboarding and met eligibility requirements within the 2WTA Institute.
Only approved professionals may participate in staffing alignment opportunities.
The staffing process follows a defined sequence:
Application Submission
Structured Onboarding & Compliance Review
Approval Status Granted
Registry Access Enabled
Alignment Based on Fit, Scope, and Availability
Alignment is intentional and environment-based — not urgency-driven.
Registry participation is limited to professionals who:
Have completed onboarding requirements
Meet background and documentation standards
Have fulfilled required training
Hold approved status within the 2WTA system
If you have not completed onboarding, begin with the Join Our Team process.
ALIGNMENT PRINCIPLES
Staffing alignment is based on:
- Environment fit
- Scope of practice
- Availability and readiness
- Regulatory compliance requirements
- Current operational need
Placement is not automatic.
Access does not guarantee assignment.
Active alignment does not guarantee hours.
This structure ensures safety, consistency, and sustainability across all care environments.
