At 2Wanda Training Angel – Behavioral Health & Direct Care Network, we believe that all behavior is data and that every individual deserves strategies rooted in dignity, safety, and inclusion. The RSP™ was created to provide comprehensive behavioral strategy and emotional safety support across homes, schools, and care settings.

This program is designed to complement IEPs, ISPs, therapy goals, and existing care plans by focusing on three core pillar
•Environmental Clarity – Identifying how surroundings influence behavior and creating supportive, structured environments
•Behavioral Capacity – Recognizing strengths, triggers, and regulation needs so individuals can thrive without being defined by challenges.
•Proactive Strategy Planning – Equipping care teams with tools and coordinated approaches to prevent crises before they occur.

Through an RSP consultation, families, educators, and providers gain tailored strategies, guided coaching, and a structured plan that can be applied consistently across all environments. Our goal is to reduce stress, increase safety, and build confidence—ensuring that every individual has the opportunity to be understood and supported.
