2Wanda Training Angel – Behavioral Health & Direct Care Network is a purpose-led organization delivering habilitation, employment, and transportation services designed to meet the unique needs of individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges. We also provide certified training for care professionals, including Home Health Aides & CNAs, BHTs, Paraeducators & Special Education Aides, Family Caregivers, RBTs, and Childcare Providers.

🧠 BEHAVIORAL STRATEGY & EMOTIONAL SAFETY SUPPORT – The RSP™ Program

The Regulation Support Plan™ (RSP) is our signature 2WTA tool for delivering comprehensive behavioral strategy and emotional safety support.

Designed to complement IEPs, therapy plans, and clinical goals, the RSP focuses on environmental clarity, behavioral capacity, and proactive strategy — ensuring individuals receive complete, coordinated support across home, school, and care settings.

We support individuals experiencing emotional dysregulation, sensory overwhelm, shutdowns, or behavioral outbursts — with or without a diagnosis — by working alongside families, respite providers, mentors, and professionals (DCWs, BHTs, RBTs, CCPs).

We Provide:

RSP consultations
Onsite environment observations to strengthen skill generalization
Care team coaching for DCW, BHT, RBT, and CCP roles
Team-based proactive strategy planning to reduce stress, increase consistency, and build confidence

Our approach complements therapy and education services by helping care teams move from confusion to collaboration while honoring the unique needs and dignity of every person.

🧠 HABILITATION SUPPORT

Daily Living Skills Meets Behavior-Based Teaching

We implement behavior-informed strategies and ABA-based teaching procedures to help individuals gain independence, communicate more effectively, and manage emotional and behavioral challenges.

Offered by trained professionals in alignment with habilitation goals.

Supports Include:

Daily living and routine-building skills
Communication strategies (verbal and alternative)
Social and behavior skill acquisition
Emotional regulation and reinforcement plans

💼 RESPITE CARE

Compassionate Relief for Families and Caregivers

Our respite services provide short-term support to individuals while allowing caregivers to rest, recover, and recharge. Whether in-home or in the community, care is delivered with professionalism and respect.

Respite Options:

Scheduled daytime or evening support
Emergency/emergency backup respite
In-home or community-based settings

🧭 FAMILY & PROVIDER MENTORSHIP

Guidance, Strategy, and Empowerment

We mentor parents, guardians, and direct support professionals on how to confidently navigate the care journey using ABA-aligned tools and emotional insight. We also train new providers to become certified and employed through 2WTA.

Support Options Include:
