PREPARATION BEFORE PARTICIPATION

Preparing the People Who Provide Care.

2Wanda Training Angel™ is an affiliation-based Direct Care Training Institute created to prepare people for the responsibilities, expectations, and environments connected to care work.

The Institute supports approved 2Wanda Brands™ employees, mentors, instructors, registry participants, contractors, and other authorized ecosystem participants. It may also serve instructors, learners, employees, and participants referred through approved organizational affiliations, training-provider relationships, and community or workforce partnerships.

A person may receive training through an approved partner relationship without becoming an employee, contractor, Registry participant, or internal member of 2Wanda Brands™.

Training Angel is the preparation pathway. Employment, registry participation, staffing, placement, Carepreneurship™, and workforce opportunities are managed separately through the 2Wanda Care Workforce Network™.

Training Supports Workforce Readiness.

Training Is Preparation. Readiness Is the Standard.

2WTA training and professional development support accepted applicants, employees, registry participants, staffing candidates, and other approved workforce participants as they prepare for the responsibilities of care work. Applicable training and readiness requirements depend on the intended role, qualifications, employer, service environment, and current professional or regulatory requirements. Training may include CPR and First Aid, Article 9, PROUD, CPI, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation Prevention, The Orientation Method™ Workforce Foundations, and Documentation and Workforce Readiness.

Training completed through an employment or workforce pathway does not automatically guarantee employment, registry acceptance, staffing placement, professional certification, licensure, or assignment.

Looking for training only and not applying for a 2WTA workforce pathway?

The Orientation Method™

One Shared Standard Across the 2WTA Workforce
Regulation Before Correction. Alignment Before Escalation.

The Orientation Method™ is the applied methodology of the 2WANDA™ Framework and informs the behavioral alignment standard used within 2Wanda Training Angel.

Within 2WTA, the Method helps professionals understand that behavior can communicate information about orientation, regulation, capacity, environmental conditions, communication, expectations, and unmet support needs.

It supports professionals in developing greater understanding before conclusions are formed or action is taken.

Behavior Is Data. Capacity Is Mental Fitness. Purpose Is Design.

Prepared Through 2WTA. Connected Across the 2Wanda Ecosystem.
