Navigating the intricate systems to secure essential care, education, and resources for her children exposed Towanda to systemic inequities and formidable challenges. These experiences ignited her passion for advocacy and propelled her mission to dismantle barriers, shift mindsets, and build inclusive spaces that foster generational healing.

Embracing the role of Nana became a profound turning point, awakening Towanda to her divine purpose. The deep connections and life lessons drawn from nurturing her grandchildren illuminated her path, reinforcing her commitment to extend that nurturing spirit beyond her family and into the broader community.

As a Direct Care Advocate, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Towanda integrates behavioral science, lived experience, and spiritual insight to foster meaningful transformation and inclusive impact.

She is the founder of 2Wanda Brands, a purpose-driven collective of social enterprise initiatives designed to uplift individuals, families, and communities:
